Federal and state taxes have been efiled but the file I received is encrypted. what do I need to unencrypt the datafile. it will not let me change file type ?

How do I view the file?
Right now it is encrypted?

If you are working with your ".tax2019" file, it can only be opened with TurboTax software.

If you want to view a PDF of the tax returns you filed:

Sign in to your TurboTax account.
Select Documents from the navigation when it appears.
Use the drop-down menu at the top of the screen to choose the tax year you want and then select Download PDF.
