Federal disaster losses - Do I use Deluxe or Premium

If I had losses due to a Hurricane in 2022 (Federal Disaster was declared) do I use the Deluxe or Premium to file? I may want to have a Tax expert help me, so I get the most back but was not sure which to purchase!
