Federal Tax issues

For the past two years (2022 and 2023), I have been filing my taxes through TurboTax. I also help my friends with tax matters. However, I have been experiencing difficulty receiving my federal refund for the past two years, despite receiving my state refund. Due to not having English as my native language and currently residing abroad for an extended period, I am unable to call the IRS. It saddens me greatly to encounter this issue in receiving my federal refund for two years. How can I get assistance with this matter and what can I do about it? My tax refunds have not been rejected; they are just in the waiting stage.

Thank you for your responses, but the overseas call costs are too high for me, which is a serious issue. Is there another way to handle this?

@serhat1717 Would you be able to use the Taxpayer Advocate Service for international taxpayers - https://www.irs.gov/advocate/local-taxpayer-advocate
