Hello,

I am using Turbo tax desktop version. I am at the later stage of Federal Tax. At the page title

"XXXX, Let's Review Your Numbers", it shows a summary

You're almost done! Here's how your federal taxes look this year.

Federal Tax Summary

Your Total Income: A

Federal Deductions We Found For You: $14,604

Your Taxable Income: B

Federal Credits We Found For You: 0

How We Calculate Your Federal Refund

Federal Taxes You Owe: C

B is equal to A minus 14,604

I use two websites

https://www.nerdwallet.com/calculator/tax-calculator and https://www.calculator.net/tax-calculator.html to calculate the federal tax based on A and deductible $14,604. The numbers from the two websites are the same. However, they are ~1k less than C provided from Turbo tax. Does the number from TurboTax guaranteed correctness?
