There is a problem with zipcodes that begin with "0". 

After entering a new W2G, the software asks to confirm the payee address, but if the zip code begins with a zero, Turbo tax omits the zero, causing an error, that has to manually corrected.   For users with a lot of W2G forms, this adds a lot of extra steps.  Please fix this?

    The 2021 programs still need a lot of updates.  That will be fixed.  Don't expect everything to be working until close to the end of January.

    The problem with zip codes beginning with zero was fixed in an update a week ago. If you are using the CD/Download TurboTax software installed on your computer you have to update your software.


    How do I update my TurboTax CD/Download software program?


    There will be many updates over the next couple of months. You have to keep your software up-to-date.

    OK, Thanks.  FYI, my software updated a few days ago, and it says I currently have the most updated version 021.000.0334.

    It looks like they fixed it for W-2, but not for W-2G. I'll report it.
