FEEDBACK: How do I provide feedback about Turbotax? I've used Turbotax for over 20 years, but am considering switching unless the program can improve in a specific way.
I've had errors on my tax returns two years in a row. I make quarterly tax payments and the standard questions never ask this question. For two years in a row, I haven't received credit for the tax payments I have made. This is an EASY question to be included in the standard routine and I'm frustrated that there is never a question asking "Did you make quarterly tax payments?".
