my HUSBAND AND i HAVE A PRETTY STRAIGHT FORWARD RETURN AS DOES MY SON. WE ARE BOTH BEING CHARGED $79 PLUS $59 TO FILE STATE. WHAT A RIP OFF! I N PREVIOUS YEARS I HAVE BOUGHT A PRODUCT IN THE STORE AND COULD DO UP TO 4 RETURNS-MY KIDS FOR NO ADDITIONAL COST EXCEPT TO FILE STATE.

Then why are you using online software this time instead of using the desktop download? The download is more cost effective if you have several returns to prepare for yourself and family members. Does your computer no longer meet the system requirements to use desktop software?
