Question

Fidelity has started releasing tax forms, but the import option in Turbotax is still disabled with the prompt saying to check back in after Jan 31st. How to enable it?

What is a good way to reach out to Turbotax to enable the import function?

You literally just need to do what it says and check back after January 31st.   They aren't going to be able to turn it on special just for you.  that message likely indicates that something isn't yet ready and the target date is probably January 31.
