Fidelity Tax Forms Won't Download to TT 2023

I am unable to download Fidelity 1099s to TurboTax.  I get a message saying I need to enter a keychain password, which is evidently something different than my Intuit password.  Other 1099s downloaded successfully.  No one at TT support can explain the problem or how to get around it.  Anyone else have similar problems?

TurboTax can only download what the financial institutions make available for download.  If the 1099-S won't download, I suggest you enter it manually.  If you don't have a copy, you should contact Fidelity to obtain one.

A 1099-S is issued to taxpayers for real estate transactions if they were involved in a sale or an exchange during the tax year. Some examples of real estate transactions could be realizing gains or proceeds from the sale of land, commercial and industrial buildings, and residential properties, such as a home or condominium.  While your sale may not be subject to tax, you will need to report the information on the 1099-S for your transaction.
