Question

Fields 15-17 are blank on my 1099-INT. But TurboTax will not allow me to file without entering this info. How can I proceed? There is nothing to enter.

The only option it's giving me is to file by mail, but I would strongly prefer to e-file.

    Delete the form and then report interest again. If you only have an amount in box 1 enter only the bank name and the amount in box one. Nothing else. Then continue with your return.
