When I try to file it identifies and entry to fill the EIN on a 1099-MISC form. I don't have any income from a 1099-Misc form. How can I proceed?

If you do not have any 1099-Misc forms applicable to your 2020 tax year, you can safely delete that form.

In online versions:

Click "Tax Tools" in the left hand menu

Click "Tools"

Click "Delete a Form"

Find the 1099-Misc and any other income form that does not apply

"Delete" each

"Confirm Deletion"

In desktop versions use the forms view to delete the 1099-Misc form.
