What is the question?  Did you have earnings tax withheld?

First talk to employer about taking out KC city earnings tax for 2019, if you currently still work there.

TurboTax does not support the filing of the City earnings tax within the program, so I attached the link to Form below.

Here is a link to the RD-109 that is need to be completed and mailed in to KC for 2018 taxes.
