Turbo tax file showing locked after opening on mac. The "Get info" in Finder window is not showing that it is locked and it is showing that I have read and write privilege. How do I unlock it?

    Please follow the steps in this link to make sure your program is up to date.

     

    If that does not work, you can also use these steps to manually update your program.
