File married jointly. Husband had taxes claimed last year for student loans will they claim again if we file jointly?

Yes, the IRS will take your joint refund to cover your husband's delinquent student loan.

However, if you file Jointly with Injured Spouse Form - the IRS will only take your husband's portion of the refund.

If you file Married Filing Separately, only his separate return is taken into consideration.

In TurboTax, you can e-file Injured Spouse Form together with your return. It is actually recommended, as you will be able to speed up the process by e-filing the Injured Spouse Claim (it takes about 11 weeks for Injured Spouse to be processed if filed electronically and longer if mailed).
