Im a single member LLC. When filing, am I to use my SSN or my business ITIN? I also have other personal income (not assoc with my business) under my SSN.

You use your SSN on your overall personal tax return. If your LLC is a disregarded entity and you file the results on a Schedule C on your personal tax return, you can use the EIN for the Schedule C.
