I filed my taxes and they were accepted. Then Biden gave us the $10,000.00 unemployment credit. I owed money and had put a date for deduction from checking account. Will the IRS do my amendment and make changes prior to deducting want was originally due?

If your deduction date is sometime in the future then likely the IRS will make the correction and only deduct what is due after the correction.  However, if the date is closer then the original deduction may happen and the a refund will be issued for the difference once the corrections are made.
