Since it already takes longer when you file a injured spouse form, I file the form with my taxes instead of mailing the form in separately. I wish I would've mailed the form to make the process a little faster. Is it too late to fix this? Can I amend my taxes and remove the injured spouse form to mail it in separately or should I just let it go through the way it is? Since it'll take over 8 weeks either way.
