I'm confused. Me and my spouse filed our taxes as married jointly. Mine got accepted and his got rejected. Well I come to find out, we were suppose to file just one? But when i filled out my taxes, it did not ask for our joint income or for his W2 info.. I am so confused. Will we have to amend?

Yes, you will have go amend your tax return to correctly file as Married Filing Jointly.  When filing as MFJ you have to report all income from all sources for both of you.  Once you finished the W-2, you would have been on a screen with a button labeled Add a New W-2.  Then on the following screen you are asked who the form belongs to, by Name.

Before starting to amend the tax return, wait for the tax refund to be received or the taxes due to be paid and processed by the IRS.
