Neither a Form 1095-B or a Form 1095-C are entered on a tax return.  There is no where in the TurboTax program or on the federal tax return that requests either a 1095-B or 1095-C.

The only Form 1095 that is required to the entered on a federal tax return is a Form 1095-A which would have been received if you received health insurance through one of the state Marketplace exchanges or from healthcare.gov.

You do not have to enter a 1095B or a 1095C on your return.    You only have to enter a 1095A.

The forms 1095-B and 1095-C are for your records only and are not required to be included in your 2021 tax return, as there is currently no federal penalty for not carrying health insurance. There may be a state requirement in Massachusetts, California, New Jersey, Rhode Island, or the District of Columbia but if they were needed, TurboTax would have prompted you during the state return.

The 1095-A form is specifically used by the Marketplace at healthcare.gov and is needed to reconcile the Premium Tax Credit on federal returns. Because you did not receive a 1095-A, you would have answered "no" to that question and there would have been no further questions. If you had answered "yes" then TurboTax would have asked you to enter the form and would not have allowed an e-file until it was completed.

Since you have e-filed, we know that section of the return was consistent. TurboTax closes the return after you file, so your copy matches the one you sent to the IRS and you don't accidentally make changes.
