Filing 1040-X with no changes to 1040, but just 8582/8995-A (2021&2022)

I received an 'amended' K-1.  It was not marked amended because apparently it was never filed, but it was different from when I filed in 2021.  I have made the changes and have a 1040-X.  The 1040-X shows zero changes (no tax owed or due to me).  The only thing that has changed on my return is an increase in my passive losses (seen on 8582 and 8995-A).  I have been having conflicting information.  I am thinking I only need to file the 1040-X with comments of the change, 8582, 8995-A and the K-1.  From what I can tell I need to file the K-1 too, although it is not normally filed with a return.  Most 'canned' information says to refile the 1040 and W-2s and TurboTax re-printed my entire return (40 pages).  I am filing a paper return.

Am am doing the same thing for 2022 as I got a new K-1 and the passive loss carry-overs from 2021 will change the 2022 starting values.

it's probably best to mail each year separately. I advise using a tracking service. Follow Turbotax filing instructions for mailing address.

Not sure I really formulated an actual question.  I am trying to determine what to send

    Option 1: 1040-X, 8582, 8995-A, K-1
    Option 2: 1040-X, 1040, 8582, 8995-A, K-1
    Option 3: Entire return + 1040-X and K-1
    Option 4: Something else.

Thanks for the response: Totally understand the years should be mailed separate.  Thank you.
