Filing delinquent tax returns for 2020-2022, can they all be done electronically

    Not with TurboTax.  All prior year tax returns when using TurboTax have to be printed and mailed.  You may be able to find a professional tax preparer, CPA or EA, who would be able to e-file a prior year with their software.

     

    To complete and file a prior year (2022 thru 2020) tax return using TurboTax you would need to purchase, download and install on a personal computer one of the desktop editions for each tax year required from this website - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/past-years-products/

    None of them can be filed electronically through TurboTax.   TurboTax only e-files the current year returns (2023).
