Filing Estate taxes
When handling all the money from my mothers Estate when she passed away, I have a few questions about filing taxes for the estate.
At what monetary value do I have to pay taxes on the Estate funds?
What forms will I need?
If the estate.....not your mother personally......has income of $600 or more you need to file a 1041
