Filing in the state of Vermont. My federal return got accepted no problem. State says Our records indicate that you are not entitled to e-file one or more formsets.

I was told I had to mail the form now as it was the only way

Try closing TurboTax, clear your Cache and Cookies, and reopen TurboTax. Make sure you have ran all updates.
