Filing jointly. I am self employed. My wife works for Washington state. Best solution?

    Best solution for what?  You still file a Joint return.  You will need to use the Online Self Employed version to fill out schedule C for your self employment.  Or any Desktop program.  All the Desktop programs have the same forms, you just get more help in Home & Business version.
