Filing late 2022 taxes return in 2024?

I did not file last years 2022 taxes due to illness and am trying to file them now.  I prepared them on a version of turbotax 2022 I bought and downloaded.  I found out I cannot efile them and am trying to mail them in.  I do not owe taxes and am actually getting a refund.  

I cannot figure out the address to mail my 2022 tax returns.   Do I use this years IRS address for 2023 returns or last years address?  I have looked all over the IRS website and am now more confused than ever.  I live in North Carolina and would appreciate some guidance regarding the correct address to send them.    Thank you
