Filing MN taxes by snail mail, turbo tax also included an extra copy of my 1040 with the state return - do I need to sign the 1040 that is included with the state return?

Having to file by snail mail this year - Turbo Tax included an extra copy of my 1040 to go with my MN non resident state return. Do I have to sign the 1040 or can it be sent blank? The MN return is signed.

You don't have to sign the copy of the federal return that is attached to your state return. Label the federal return as a "copy". You do need to sign the state return.
