Filing my ri tax but moved to another state

How do i file my ri tax if i moved to a new state. And different address

You have not said when you moved.  

You do need to use your current address on any tax return you prepare in case the IRS/state need to mail you anything.

 

If you lived/worked in Rhode Island in 2019 then you file a RI tax return or if you only lived there for part of the year then you file a part year RI return.   If you lived in another state for any part of 2019 then you file a part-year return for that state too--if it is a state that has state income tax.
