You will need a full Windows or Mac to install it on.

For 2020 and prior you can't use Turbo Tax.  You may want to go to a local tax place or accountant.  Or get the forms from the IRS and NM and fill them out by hand.  

Some other tax software companies might still have software available for 2020 and earlier.

It's too late to get refunds for 2021 and earlier years. You can file the tax returns, but if they show a refund you will not get the refund. Those refunds have been forfeited. If a tax return for a past year shows a payment due, you still have to pay it.
