My returns have been rejected like 5 times. It says that the PIN # of the 1st person is not entered and it obviously is done,

What do I need to do???

It sounds like you may need the IP PIN assigned by the IRS on the return. If it is being rejected due to the pin number, you should be using the 6-digit IP PIN from the IRS. You can't use the same one that you may have used last year. You have to use a new one and the IRS usually mails out new IP PINs for people to use from December 2021/January 2022.  If you didn't get a mailing with the new IP PIN, you can retrieve it online at this IRS webpage and also see IP Pin FAQ's.

 

The Self-Select PIN is a random five-digit number that you enter as your electronic signature when e-filing your return.

The IP PIN is a six-digit number that the IRS assigns to victims of tax-related identity theft.
