I was on my parent's marketplace health plan for 2024, but moved out and became an independent at the end of 2024, do I need to claim the health insurance plan on my taxes form?

Yes, both you and your parents will need to add the 1095-A info to your returns. TurboTax will ask about 'allocation' since you shared a plan, but your parent's can claim 100% to them and 0% to you (or any way you choose to split, as long as it adds up to 100%).
