Filing with a US mailing address while living in a foreign country

I received a severance payment for the 1st half of 2019 and lived in my country of residence (foreign country) for the entire 2019.  How can I file using my US mailing address (that I still utilize), but also making it clear that I currently live and have lived in my home country 1/1/2019?

When you enter your personal information in the My Info section of TurboTax, there is a question about your state of residence.  You can indicate there that your residence is in a foreign country instead of one of the US states.  The foreign country option is at the bottom of the list.

Then, when it asks for your mailing address (which can be different from your residence), use your US mailing address.
