Filling out form CT 1040xform

I have opened up form CT - 1040x to file an amended return for 2022 using desktop deluxe. I don't see how to enter the adjusted information. The adjustment field won't take an entry. What am I missing?

Open ORIGINAL tax return

enter AMEND command

REVISE 1040.

REVIEW Federal and State 1040X.

SUBMIT 1040X

Thank you for that. I'm having trouble entering the revised information into form CT 1040X. Column B, Net change doesn't allow an entry. Do you know where I enter the revised numbers so they appear in this column without changing the original info? It seems like this should be simple but I don't see it.

After you have started the amended return, you will make your changes in the interview screens. These entries will then pull into your amended return. If you are using a Desktop product, you can save your amended return by using the save as feature and rename the file to reflect that the return is an amended state return.
