I have been clicking "START" on my final step 3 in the section "FILE" - and it keeps saying "Oops, we are missing some of your personal info such as state and zip". I have already entered it in my info, and it just does not accept it and does not let me continue. I have been trying for hours! And I have already been charged for TurboTax services!!! I need to finish this and get my cheque, please!
