Just getting started on Turbo Tax Deluxe, desktop. A financial institution I have a 1099-INT for is not appearing in the drop-down menu, and I am unable to move on. It is Navy Federal Credit Union, and I have had interest from them for over 30 years. The 1099-INT page even has NFCU as an entry for previous years.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and choose Skip Import. Then you will be able to enter the form manually.
