Finished my turbotax deluxe online wants to charge $110 for both fed and state. I went out and purchased the product from store . Do i have to start all over again?

Yes, you would not be able to transfer the information to the desktop version.

I purchased TurtoTax Deluxe from Sam;s. My PC would not load the CD; and the instructions said load CD OR Download "InstallTurtoTax.com" - which I did. I entered my license code when I loaded. Now I am being charged $110.oo. This does not seem correct.
