First time filing my taxes. What do I do if my mom filed my taxes through the IRS but I did not know that it was finished and when I tried on TurboTax they were rejected?

Since this is my first time filing my taxes I don't know what to do to check on the status of what I have to pay. I completed my taxes on TurboTax so I know that I need to pay.

Ask your mom for a copy of what she filed.

You should also make sure that your information, name, date of birth, and Social Security number are correct. If everything is correct, then ‌and ask your mom to see what she filed for you.
