For COGS, filling out Inventory info, does Sourcing Mileage, Shipping Supplies, Online Fees (Listing, Shipping & Transaction Fees) go there or do they go under Expenses?

I thought that Listing/Platform Fees, Shipping Fees, Transaction Fees, Shipping Supplies and Sourcing Mileage would go under COGS (since they are directly related to the sale of the inventory) but there is NO spot for them under Inventory to add them in the calculations for COGS.

Yes, these items are considered COGS. After entering the beginning and ending inventory, you will be promoted to enter cost to make your product. You can enter the items here under materinals and supplies and other cost to prepare for sales. See screenshot below:
