For k1 filings do i need to add names and SSN for all members

    When you file a tax return for an LLC, you have to enter the names, SSNs and addresses of all members, together with their respective percentages of capital and profit/loss.

     

    This is to allow TurboTax to allocate the profit/loos and other details of the LLC to the respective Schedules K-1.
