I can’t sign because “ my name” doesn’t match

Please clarify

When you are typing your name in the signature section, is it giving you an error?

The software is very picky with the signature section. The trick is to type your name exactly as its shown above the signature section, including middle initials and capitalization.

Check how your name is spelled above the signature section. Make sure you capitalize any letter as shown above, and include or remove any middle initial to match your name exactly as it appears.
