For the U.S. Armed Forces Active Duty Pay section for Wisconsin, do I just put all my active-duty marine husband's wages as reported on his W-2?

Yes that is correct. All Form W2 Box 1 wages from your military active duty W2. All the income will be excluded from WI state taxes.
