For this questoin, Do you have a written or verbal agreement with dylan's other parent about who can claim dylan? my kids father passed away. how would i answer this?

Say NO.    That agreement question pertains to situations with divorced or never married parents who share custody.   You are not in such a situation.  Answer NO.

You would answer no.  This will not affect your return.  It is simply for people who do have an agreement and may not always claim the child they have listed on their return.
