I am trying to apply for an extension in turbotax. My foreign address is listed properly in my Personal Details, but when the 'Add or edit your info' page appears to file an extension, it won't let me input a foreign zipcode and there is no field for country. It won't let me move forward either.

You cannot file an extension using Easy Extension with a foreign address. To use Easy Extension, a U.S. or APO/FPO/DPO address is required:

If you have a foreign address, then you will need to paper-file using Form 4868:

The deadline to file a tax extension is April 18th for most taxpayers.

Taxpayers who are out of the country are granted a two month extension, which means that  you can file for an extension at any time until June 18th:

Thanks for answering! I am now trying to fill in form 4868, but it doesn't include instructions on how to calculate one's tax liability. I understand I have to retrieve this number after filling in form 1040 (line 63). But I usually use TurboTax to figure out my taxes, instead of filling in form 1040 by hand. So how do I, at this point, figure out what my tax liability is in order to fill in the tax extension form?
