Foreign Taxes Paid and Form 1099-DIV

Based on my 1099-DIV statement from Fidelity, TurboTax noted that I paid foreign taxes in one particular mutual fund.  It's now asking me to enter the foreign dividends received.

From the 1099-DIV statement details, would that be the “Dividend Distributions”, "Qualified Dividends”, the “Section 199A Dividends”, or the total of all of these (the "Total Ordinary Dividends")  that apply to that particular mutual fund?

Use the total ordinary dividends amount that applies to the particular mutual fund tied to the foreign taxes.
