Forgot password. Phone is land line -- no text. Code sent to email does not work. What do I do

You can create a new password by using our account recovery process.  Click on the following link:  https://myturbotax.intuit.com/account-recovery/ .  Enter the email address linked to your account, and you will receive a TurboTax email with a link to reset your password.
