Will this line be entered as 0 now that the relief package indicates that unemployment is non taxable? Or would I still put the amount shown on my form 1099-g?
I put 0 as the amount for my unemployment amount when adding my adjusted gross income. Do I do the same when calculating the federal income tax withheld from my unemployment?
