Form 1095-A column B shows "0"

My Form 1095-A shows column A = 0, column B = 0, column C = $1096.36 for October. TurboTax will not let me enter the data as is. It says column B must be greater than 0. Covered California says the form might look incorrect but that is not a mistake. This happens in my case because I moved to Medicare and ended the CoveredCA health plan in October. Please help.

For column B, you can get your SLCSP from covered CA and enter that or you can try leaving both box a and b blank. Remove the 0's and enter nothing at all in the box.

Thank you for the response. I also called TurboTax Support and got the same answer. I blanked out column A, column B, and column C. TurboTax liked it. I resubmit my tax returns and got accepted by the IRS. No more Reject Code F8962-070!
