I received a form 1099-G from another state that I recently moved from for a rural healthcare practitioner tax credit given by the state of New Mexico for working as a healthcare provider in a rural or underserved area of healthcare.

When I added the amount of the credit into the blank box on turbo tax it gives me 5 choices to explain what type of payment I received. Of the five choices listed, none of them describe what the payment/credit was. Im not sure what to list here.

the choices are:

1-taxable grant

2-Aggricultural payment

3-Market gain on CCC loans

4-Reemployment trade adjustment agreement

5-business or farm tax refund.

I do not own a business so I can't choose any of these?

Not sure what to do here

The information on the New Mexico State Taxation and Revenue Department  indicates that this is only used for filing a tax return with the state of New Mexico.
