Form 1116 lines 1i, 1j, 1h, and C - errors

Lines 1i and 1j erroneously enter data from line h. The user has to notice the data and set them to the correct values or to 0, if appropriate. The values then appear in red, and on the Forms in My Return, shows next to “1116 Comp Wks” an exclamation point and (Not Done).

Line 1h, in the case where all dividends are Ordinary Income, setting Qualified Dividends to 0 causes red type.

Line C, “United Kingdom” does not

match with 1099-DIV’s “United Kingdom England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, and Wales” which shows red type.

Right clicking the header to find any errors when there are none, TT opens a Form K-1 unnecessarily.

This what I see on form 1116, part I, the letters you reference don't seem to apply, are you sure you gave the correct line numbers? I don't see a part 1(j), and 1(h) is not a numeric field like you describe.
