Form 1295B

My wife and I received the Form 1295-B from the Internal Revenue Service.  Your tax preparation (Deluxe) package calls for information from the Form 1295-A, which we did not receive.  Our Medicare coverage is deducted from our Social Security allowances.  That coverage is for the full year, continuously.  How do I complete my tax preparation package, not having the Form 1295-A?

It depends.  I think you are referring to 1095-B and if you are, that does not get reported into your return. 1095-A is only reported if you have medical insurance through the Affordable Care Act.
