I am a self-employed insurance agent.  I paid my tax liability in cash for 2019.  My tax preparer did not include a form 2210 with my 2019 return.  Now, I am being asked for info from that non-existent form.  What do I do?

It depends. It is not mandatory form and you can file your taxes without it. Form 2210 is being used to see if you owe a penalty for underpaying your estimated tax. The IRS will generally figure your penalty for you and you should not file Form 2210.

You can, however, use Form 2210 to figure your penalty, include that on your return and pay it now to avoid the penalty's increase.
